Terms & Conditions for Services Offered by Prahlad S & Rhythm Tale Studios

 

1. Percussion Specialized Recording Enquiries:

   - Enquiries will only be processed upon receipt of project details, including genre, project type, duration, mono or stereo preference, and budget.

  

2. Recording Techniques and Charges:

   - Differences in recording techniques for mono and stereo may incur additional charges, depending on the chosen instrument.

3. Studio Charges:

   - An additional fee of INR 350/hr will be applied as studio charges, subject to variation based on project duration and retakes.

 

4. Payment Terms:

   - 50% of the total service cost is due upfront before recording begins, with the remaining 50% payable after stem files are sent.

  

5. Offer Validity:

   - Any service offers and discounts are valid for 5 days from the date of enquiry.

 

6. Service Request Information:

   - The estimated time for each service will be communicated in the service request receipt sent to your provided email or WhatsApp number.

 

7. Cancellation Policy:

   - Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 10% compensation charge, with a 40% refund. 

   - Cancellations after 2 days will be charged 25%, and after 3 days, 35% compensation will apply.

 

8. Studio Booking and Timeliness:

   - Clients scheduled at Rhythm Tale Studios must arrive at least 15 minutes before the booked time.

   - Late arrivals will not extend the allotted time, and additional charges will apply for extra time.

 

9. Unforeseen Circumstances:

   - In cases of natural disasters or situations beyond the company's control, causing recording stoppage or rescheduling, 30% of the service amount will be refunded.

 

10. Payment Deadline:

   - Payments made after file delivery must be completed within 3 days, with a 2% interest charge for each subsequent day of delay.

 

11. File Delivery Delays:

   - Any delays in file delivery will be communicated in advance, and the company is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control.

 

12. Sales Receipt:

   - A sales receipt will be issued upon successful payment; please note that GST is not included, and the receipt is not eligible for GST claims.

 

13. Lost Belongings:

   - Personal belongings left indoors can be retrieved by the client. The studio is not responsible for items left outside the premises.

 

14. Parking:

   - Two-wheelers can be parked inside the premises, while four-wheelers are to be parked outside at the owner's risk. The studio is not liable for any damages caused to parked vehicles.
